On June 9, at approximately 8:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic complaint on County Road 41 in Addington Highlands.
Officers located the vehicle and spoke to the driver who was subsequently arrested.
Stephen PASCOE, 51 years old, of Centre Hastings, Ontario, was charged with:

Operation while impaired - alcohol - Criminal Code

Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

Drive vehicle with cannabis readily available - Cannabis Control Act

Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor - Liquor Licence and Control Act

Operate a motor vehicle without insurance - Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on June 28, 2022. His licence was suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
