Mildred Ellen “Aileen” Wagar passed peacefully but suddenly at the Arbour Heights Long Term Care Home in Kingston on Monday, August 30, 2021. Aileen will be sadly missed by her sister Kathleen (Frank) Goodfellow and her brother Eric (Muriel) Wagar. She is pre-deceased by her parents Ellen & William Wagar, her brothers Bob (Pat), Guy (Marjorie), Randall (Helen), Douglas (Dale), Roger and sisters Iva Grant (Clare), Averil Goodberry (Earl “Jr.”) and Carol Toogood. Survived by her sister-inlaw Meta Wagar.Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Aileen had a successful career in the Canadian Foreign Service. Her travels led her to many countries where she was active in local churches and communities. The family will receive friends at the Goodfellow’s Funeral Home, Parham on Friday, September 3, 2021 from 1-2pm. The Funeral Service will follow at 2pm. Interment at the Parham Cemetery.
