I just want to say how happy we are to have a wonderful restaurant close to home.
The staff are friendly and the food is awesome! The staff is well paid so there is no tipping. The seafood (mussels, scallops, salmon, etc) is cooked just right and the steak is to die for. In fact everything is excellent and we have not had a bad meal.
Tim and I do “date night” each Friday and enjoy time away from the family.
The changing menu adds variety. The serving sizes are generous and so most meals you could share if you want to keep the cost down but also enjoy fine dinning in Sharbot Lake. For example, a pound of mussels (when offered) could easily be shared along with the St Lawrence salad, which even the small size is enough to share. The deserts can easily be shared as well.
Rather than drive to Kingston or Perth to go out to dinner give this local restaurant a try. If we support them they will continue to provide a place to enjoy excellent food rather than the usual diner fare.
