Firearms And Stolen Property Recovered: One Person Charged, One Wanted

 Two people are facing a long list of charges after the recovery of property, stolen from a location in Central Frontenac Township.

On Sunday, April 6, a break-in was reported at a location on Crow Lake Road. Stolen items included an excavator. It was recovered the next day but was missing a large piece, used for digging. In late May, the missing piece was located on an online marketplace.

On Friday, May 30, members of the OPP, executed a search warrant at a residence on Cross Road in Central Frontenac. Officers seized multiple firearms, at least one of which was loaded, as well as ammunition. They also recovered stolen property. One person was arrested at the scene, while another fled.

Travis PERRY, age 54 of Central Frontenac Township, been charged with: Unauthorized possession of a firearm - four counts, careless storage of a firearm - four counts, Knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm - four counts, possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order - eight counts, possession of a firearm knowing the serial number has been tampered with, and possession of property obtained by crime-under $5000

This accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.

A 35-year-old male is wanted on the same charges, as well as for:  possession of a prohibited device or ammunition, failure to comply with a release order - two counts, fail to comply with a probation order - two counts, and  break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence

The wanted individual is urged to turn himself in the OPP.

A single vehicle collision in South Frontenac Township has led to impaired driving charges.

On Thursday, May 29 shortly before 4:3pm, officers with the Frontenac detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle collision on Keeley Road. A vehicle had left the road but remained upright. Frontenac Paramedics attended the scene but the driver refused medical treatment.

Officers utilized an approved roadside alcohol screening device, and the driver was arrested and transported for the detachment for further testing.

Amy HENDRICK, age 24 of South Frontenac Township, has been charged with: Operation while impaired – alcohol, and Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston on June 24, 2025. The individual's driver's licence has been suspended for 90 days, and their vehicle was impounded for seven days.

A noisy vehicle has led to multiple charges against a Godfrey resident.

On Wednesday, May 28, shortly before noon, officers with the Frontenac detachment of the OPP  responded to reports of a loud vehicle on White Lake Road.

Officers located the pick-up truck and spoke to the driver. They determined that the individual was not supposed to be driving and placed him under arrested. The officers also located a quantity of cannabis in the cab of the truck.

Jordan ORR, age 36, has been charged with: Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code - two counts, driving while under suspension, operating a vehicle without insurance, having care or control of a vehicle with cannabis readily available

 The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston on June 24, 2025. The vehicle was impounded for 45 days
