It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mom June in her 91st year.

June passed peacefully with her children by her side.

Daughter of the late art and Lucy Robinson. Loving wife of the late Ron Way. June leaves behind her children Janice (Jack), charles (Kelly) and Elizabeth.

She will be deeply missed by her granddaughter Katelyn (Cory Lessard) and her great grandchildren Kinsley and Camden. She leaves behind her siblings Joyce McKay (late George), Marion Pedrezetti (late Fran), Jack Robinson (Carol), Allan Robinson (Delin), Lloyd Robison (Karen), the late Ruth Eaton (Laird), her sisters-in-law Lois Foster (late Paul) Shirley Rapino (late Jim) and Bev yeotes (Bill). aunt June will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. P

redeceased by her late husband Robert Bateman and missed greatly by his children Andrea (late Duane) Bill (Michelle), Tammy (Tom) and their families.

Visitation will be held at the Burke Funeral Home (613-968-6968), 150 Church Street, Belleville on Sunday, April 20, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Funeral service will take place at St. John's united church in Tweed on Monday, April 21, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. Interment of ashes Victoria Cemetery at a later date. Donations can be made to Heart of Hastings Hospice, Tweed Library or St. John's United Church.
