Passed away on March 16, 2025 surrounded by his loved ones.
Andrew was born on September 23, 1955, in Aberdeen, Scotland to parents Stanley and Constance.
He was a beloved husband to his wife Joanne, older brother to Malcolm and Gillian, and father to his children Lily, Emma, and Cameron. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Andrew was a naval architect, as well as a city councilor for Tay Valley Township. He had a passion for history and politics, and enjoyed gardening, reading, and playing board games with his family.
A celebration of life will be held later this summer. Donations can be made to The Perth & District Union Public Library in Andrew’s memory
