October 14 1939 - December 2 2024 Joel has passed peacefully at home in Webster, NY, from the arms of his family to the arms of his Creator. He has left Judy, his loving wife of 61 years, his sons, Tim (Sharon) and Peter (Jenny), daughter Martha (David), and grandchildren Ethan, Erica, Deserae, Jason, Alex and Elizabeth. He ran M.D. Snell & Son in Sharbot Lake and Advance Safe and Lock in Rochester, NY. He was a devoted member of Parham Free Methodist Church while the family lived in Sharbot Lake. Joel is predeceased by his brother Paul and brother-in-law John, and is survived by his sister Mary, brother Luke (Billie) and sister-in-law Joanne and many nieces and nephews. Memorial service and visitation on Saturday December 14 at Edgewood Church in Pittsford, NY, (3-4pm) & visiting hours (4-6pm). The service will be livestreamed from the church’s Youtube channel, (https://www.youtube.com/@EdgewoodChurchROC). Internment at a later date.
