Passed away peacefully on June 2, 2024. Marg was in her 90th year. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Norman Whan.
Margaret is survived by Michael, Murray (Kelly), Marty (Penny), Nancy (Danny), Roger, Diane (Tom) and Shelley (Tracy).
Marg cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She will be missed by her brother Vern Crawford (June) and sister Fay (Fred) Jackson as well as her nieces and nephews.
Marg was born, raised her family and lived her whole life in Sharbot Lake. She was a proud and active member of the Anglican Church where she held the position of warden. She enjoyed her visits to shut in parishioners.
Marg was a very active mother, always cheering on baseball, getting her children to activities and leading Brownies and Girl Guides, to name a few. Marg was always available to her children through good times and bad.
Marg was loved and cherished by her immediate family and anyone that knew her.
Be with Dad now mom, and rest in Peace.
