February 22, 1994 - January 4, 2024.

Words cannot express the gratitude we have for all the people who supported our family during this very difficult time. All the phone calls, texts, emails, cards, house visits, food, donations and all those who attended the Celebration of Life were greatly appreciated.

Special thanks to Debbie Green, Donna Embury and Linda McGinn, three very special ladies in our small community who went above and beyond to help us.

Thanks to Trousdale Funeral Home, Memory Lane Flowers, Reverend Kevin Tomkins, Frontenac Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police, the Oddfellows and Rebekahs of the Golden Links Hall and all the wonderful guys at Shea Construction.

Blake had a profound impact on our lives and the lives of those around us. Blake will be dearly missed and always loved.
