Passed peacefully at her home in Godfrey. Surrounded by family on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. In her 58th year. Beloved wife of Doug Brown. Dear mother of Logan Smail (Amélie), Dylan Smail (Shelby), Hanna Smail (Séb), Amanda Redmond (Ryan, Makenna, Weston), Adam Brown. Sister of Steven Peters (Ronda Peters) and Karen Harvey (Todd Harvey). Aunt to niece Jes Peters (Julien, Eleanor, and Henderson), Nephew Dustin Peters (Cassie, Hudson, Bryson, and Gracie), Cody Harvey (Courtney, Declan, Landon), Brady Harvey (Hunter, Casi, Beau, Wyatt).

Friends and Family were received at the Verona Free Methodist Church on Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Service was also held in the Verona Free Methodist Church on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 11am. Interment followed at Piccadilly Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are welcome to the UHKF (Cancer Centre) or the Verona Free Methodist Church food bank. The family would also like to thank all of the staff at KGH and all the staff at Home Care for the dedication and care they gave to Lynn.
