Peacefully, with her loving family by her side at Moria Place Long Term Care on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at the age of 101.Beloved wife of the late Millard Oliver. Cherished mother of Walt (Eleanor) Parks of Kaladar. Proud and adored grandmother of Douglas (Marge) Parks, Rick (Bonnie) Parks, Charmayne Parks, great grandmother of Amy, Jennifer, Michelle, Philip, Tanya, great-great grandmother of Morgan, Nicholas, Cody, Brandon, Blake, Paisley, Olivia, Zoey, Kali, Kage and great-great-great-grandmother of Bentley. Florence is pre-deceased by her brother William Parks, Dorothy Hughes and her half brother Clifford Thompson. She will be fondly remembered by her extended family, many friends and square dancing partners. The family received friends at the Milestone Funeral Center, Northbrook on Sunday, February 10, 2019. The Funeral Service was held in the Chapel on Monday, February 11 at 11:00am. Interment took place at the Bordenwood Cemetery following the luncheon.
