At Kingston General Hospital on Saturday March 4, 2017.  Della (White) of Plevna in her 88th year.  Daughter of the late Burton & Greta (Badour) White .  Wife of the late Charles Henry Tooley.  Mother of Carl (Marilyn), Hugh (Violet), and the late Jeffery.  Sister of the late Roger White, Shirley Lemke and Joyce White.  Grandmother of Jason, Matt, Jilene, Jessica, Jonathan, Emma and Joseph.  Great Grandmother of 12.  The family will receive friends at the McConnell Funeral Home, Tweed on Tuesday March 7, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm where funeral service will take place on Wednesday March 8, at 11:00 am.  Interment: Plevna United Church Cemetery.  Donations: Diabetes Association or the North Frontenac Fire Department.  (www.mcconnellfuneralhome.ca)
