MP Scott Reid took time out from the election campaign on Thurs day, last week (April 17), to join North Frontenac Mayor Gerry Lichty (R) and Deputy Mayor John Inglis (L) to mark the activation of an EV charger at the township office. The township received a provincial ChargeON grant and a federal Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program (ZEVIP) to pay for the charger, which is designed to make North Frontenac more attractive to tourists who drive Electric Vehicles.
