At the unorthodox intersection of County Road 38 and Westport Road in Godfrey, ON, I still find myself in disbelief trying to look through the dirty backside of a huge double-posted sign that blocks my view of on-coming traffic from Verona/Kingston on Highway 38. I cannot be the only driver who wonders when will a serious vehicle(s) crash occur at this (sometimes) very busy and distracting highway intersection!
Solution #1 - Get rid of this huge sign! Who? Township of South Frontenac or Township of Central Frontenac or Service Ontario???
Solution #2 - Move this big sign alternately to the North side of Westport Road! But, do not block our drivers' view of on-coming traffic from Parham/Sharbot Lake. And, please: do not block access to the K&P Trail that runs parallel to Road 38! Who???
Sure hope that somebody on our local Roads Committee will see fit to get rid of this accident that is about to happen.
