After reading a letter from Kathleen O’Hara for attacking our local paper and way of voting in South Frontenac calling us all denialist I had to reply to this letter. If people want to call out our newspapers for informing readers that we have burning bands across the county and residence denialist they should really become more diverse and read several journalist and be more informed before touting climate crisis!!!! If a person would look at the coverage across the nation on forest fire they would learn that we actual nationally have no more forest fires than a normal year. They would also learn that we have intensified forest fires now because the government's have stopped forest management programs in the name of the environment which has increased the fuel loads in forest creating larger fires with more to burn. So I ask a reader before they call a journalist poor and unfit to do their job that they themselves make sure they are properly informed before call us in South Frontenac climate deniers and Jeff Green’s article informing residence of Frontenac County of how fire officials make burning ban decisions does not me him or the Frontenac News deniers either.
