Rural communities have struggled for survival and significance for a very long time effectively since the WW II. The northern part of Frontenac County has not been an exception but we have been able to retain many services and organizations that keep a community alive. When I drive around Sharbot Lake village I am absolutely amazed how beautiful the village looks after new streets and sidewalks. Full credit needs to go to the Mayor, her council and staff as well to Crain Construction for their fine work. Kudos to all.
