The County of Frontenac will be holding a Public Meeting in order to receive public input regarding the County of Frontenac Draft Strategic Plan, at a meeting on Thursday May 15, at 6:30 pm at the Grace Centre on Stagecoach Road in Sydenham.
“This Strategic Plan will help Council focus on achieving goals, for the rest of this term and through the next to 2018,” says County of Frontenac Warden Bud Clayton. “This public meeting will help to ensure the plan aligns with our residents’ vision for the future of our County.”
County Council is committed to producing a focused set of goals – strategic priorities that mesh with the local Townships, and also reflect the public’s expectations and future service needs. To ensure consensus and coordination, dialogue sessions around the County’s draft set of goals were conducted with the four Township Councils within Frontenac, and this public input session is being held. Again, collaboration and consensus are key objectives.
