Old timey fiddling and banjo playing and singing duo Sheesham and Lotus moved what was to be an indoor Sunday concert at Oso Hall in Sharbot Lake to the steps outside to take advantage of the fine pre-spring temperatures and sunshine.
The duo entertained guests on March 11 with their accomplished prowess, which continues to impress and inspire listeners of all ages. Lumina Frost strapped on her step shoes and danced alongside the duo with exuberance no doubt inspired by the fine tunes and the gorgeous spring weather.
Upcoming the duo will be playing at the Maberly Hall for the next Contra Dance on May 5 at 7:30 PM and will be accompanied by caller Martha Cooper. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door.
