Prince Charles Public School presents the third annual Panther Palooza next Friday, May 22, starting at 6 pm.
It will feature the winners of this year’s hotly contested PCPS Idol competition, which this year is made up of 25 acts, competing for the 5 to 7 time spots on the Panther Palooza stage. Other performers this year will include Bill Hogan and Friends and Bauder Road.
Panther Palooza is a fundraising event, but it is also an opportunity for PCPS to share an evening of fun with the community as a whole.
Benson's Auto Parts will be preparing burgers, hot dogs, drinks, and more, and there will be free face painting and balloon animals, mini-golf and a castle maze. Garry Drew will host a live auction, and there will also be a silent auction in the school gym.
All funds that are raised will be shared between school programs and the Christmas for Kids program. Admission to Panther Palooza costs $3 for kids, and $6 for adults.
