Feature Article - November 22, 2007Books for Kenyan School
Ms. Jones' class at Hinchinbrooke Public School has just completed writing their own books for Sirende School in Kenya, Africa.This project is a continuation of the Happy Feet Campaign that started last spring to buy flip-flop shoes for the students who attend the school in Kenya.In last year’s amazing effort, the class raised over $1500 to buy the shoes.The books will be sent to Kenya in the spring.More Stories
