Feature Article - June 8, 2006Foul play not suspected in Gould death
by Jeff Green
The coroner from the City of Kingston has confirmed that Adam Gould, who died in June of 2005, was not murdered. When contacted last year, OPP Constable Paige Whiting told the News that while the cause of death had not been determined, foul play was not suspected. The News has made periodic enquiries to the OPP for further information over the past year, finally being referred to the regional coroner’s office on May 30th, 2006. The coroner said that his report had been forwarded to Adam Gould’s family and that in this jurisdiction these reports are not public documents. He did say, however, that “the death was not of a suspicious nature.”
