Paige Knox, a grade 7 student at Harrowsmith Public School, submitted the winning entry in the 40th anniversary logo contest for the Frontenac Arena, and the logo she designed will be on centre ice at the arena throughout the anniversary season.
“I took the idea for the logo from Nascar” she said, “and worked on it from there.”
Paige is no stranger to the arena, as she is a top player for the Frontenac Fury. The picture above was taken last Wednesday just after a Fury practice.
