On July 8, 2021 at approximately 1:00 p.m. the search ended for the two missing people who had become lost in the trails of the Addington Highlands Township, after they were located safe and well.
The Lennox & Addington County Detachment members, Emergency Response Team (ERT), Canine Unit, and the OPP Helicopter had been searching trails in the area of Concession Road 5 since yesterday evening.
On July 7 2021 at approximately 10:00 p.m. officers of the Lennox & Addington (L&A) County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of two people missing from an address on Flinton Road in Addington Highlands Township.
L&A County OPP, Emergency Response Team (ERT), Canine Unit, and the OPP Helicopter are searching trails in the area of Concession Road 5 after two people had left on their All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) at around 5:30 p.m. on July 7, 2021.
The missing individuals are Dwayne Phillips, age 36 years old, described 170 cm, 83 kg, with a medium build and short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a camouflage hoodie, blue jeans, hiking boots with purple laces and a black helmet.
Michael Rahm, age 8 years old, was last seen wearing a black helmet, black pants, white camouflage boots with lights on them and black leather gloves.
