(SOUTH FRONTENAC, ON) - On June 15 shortly before 10:00 p.m. officers of the South Frontenac Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a possible impaired ATV driver on road 38 near Verona, South Frontenac Township. Police located the suspect vehicle at a nearby gas station. The driver refused to provide a breath sample into the Approved Screening Device (ASD). As a result of the investigation South Frontenac have arrested and charged Hunter TURNER, age 21, of Kingston with operation while impaired and refusal to comply with demand.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston July 8, 2021.

Police located the suspect vehicle travelling erratically south bound on Railton road, city of Kingston. The driver provide a breath sample into the Approved Screening Device (ASD). As a result of the investigation South Frontenac OPP have arrested and charged Jacqueline CAMERON, age 34, of Kingston with operation while impaired. The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston July 22, 2021.
