(WW.II Veteran) passed away peacefully in his 90th year at the Kingston General Hospital on Friday, June 13, 2014. Herb will be sadly missed by his wife of 65 years Grace (Thomson). Dear father of Brenda Dunham, Don Tooley (Fran), Janice Tooley and Pam Garcia (Francisco). Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Amy Moxley (Jeff), Ian Tooley (Chantele), JC Dunham (Trudy), Trisha Morris (Chris), Vanessa Gerretsen (Mark), Jena Massey and Michael Rix. Great-grandpa is also cherished by his 11 great-grandchildren. Herbert is the son of the late Judd & Louise Tooley, brother of Marilyn (White) and Marjorie (Lemke) and the late Clarence, George, James, Charlie, Earl, and Isobel. The family received friends at the Milestone Funeral Center, 11928 Hwy 41, Northbrook K0H 2G0 (613-336-6873) on Monday from 2-4pm & 6-8pm. The Funeral Service was in the Chapel on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 11:00am. Interment at Plevna Cemetery. Friends desiring may contribute in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the North Frontenac Fire Department with appreciation.
