A decision to refurbish this road as a temporary fix until more permanent repairs are completed, has only added to the deplorable state of it’s repair. I invited Mr. Segsworth to drive this road in order to obtain first hand knowledge of it’s conditioning, Mr. Segsworth agreed to the request, and reported that the road is: and I quote “a little rough in a couple of spots”. If you have travelled this road of late, I think that you will agree that his statement is a gross understatement of the material fact. And further, it astounds me that one would take such a position in order to defend a poor decision, by doing so only serves to reflect the foolishness in characterizing the present state of this road as a little rough in a couple of spots.
