Randy Hillier has held the Lanark Frontenac Lennox and Addington riding for the third time, but unlike the last time aroud in 2011, he is not receiving 50% of the vote. With 75% of polls reporting, the popular vote in the riding stands at 43% for Hillier, 30% for Liberal Billl MacDonald, 21% for NDP candidadte Dave Parkhill and almost 7% for Green Party candidate Cam Mather. The numbers for both Dave Parkhilll and Cam Mather represent major increases since then last election. Whlie the Hillier lead, at around 4,000 votes thus far, is less than last time around but still much higher than in his first election in 2007, which he won by under 1,000 votes over the second place Liberal candidate, Ian Wilson. Notably, province-wide the PC vote is down significantly.
All percentages aside, Randy Hillier has been re-elected.
