Ontario Provincial Police | Feb 10, 2021
On February 6, 2021 at approximately 7:30 p.m., officers of the Lennox and Addington (L&A) County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on patrol and observed a vehicle pulled over to the side of the road on County Road 41 north of Flinton Road in Addington Highlands. Police approached the driver and observed that he was showing signs of impairment. The Driver was subsequently arrested and transported to detachment for further processing.
As a result of the investigation L&A County OPP have charged Gregory MOUCK, age 63, of Cloyne with:
Operation While Impaired - alcohol and drug contrary to the Criminal Code (C.C) - Sec 320.14(1)(a); and,
Operating a motor vehicle while over legal blood alcohol limit - contrary to the C.C. - Sec 320.14(1)(b).
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on March 2, 2021. The accused's licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
