Friday Oct 18th at the Lions Hall in Northbrook, is the place you’ll want to be!
A group of like-minded people from several agencies and organizations have come together to support the women in our Community.
The Event : “She Rocks” a wellness day for women, will have several educational and informational booths for women; The list is exhaustive, but to name a few, The KFL&A Public Health Unit, The KFL&A Alzheimer Society, North Rural Community Services, Land O’ Lakes Community Services, and many more.
The event is free of charge for all to participate in the days’ events, this is primarily made possible due to the generous donation from the Land O’ Lakes Lion Club in Northbrook. There will be Meditation practice, music, yoga, messages, swag bags and to finish the day a Harvest Dinner.
The event will begin at 1:00 and end at 5:30. There will be lots happening through-out the day, to keep you entertained and pampered, so come for all or for a portion of the day, you decide.
Thanks to the organizers, the service providers and the financial support for making this day possible.
