North Frontenac Back Roads Studio Tour - September 27 and 28

The artists, artisans and fine craftspeople of North Frontenac once again invite you to join us at the Fall 2025 Back Roads Studio Tour!  Mark your calendar for the weekend of September 27-28 (from 10am-4pm each day) and come out and enjoy the incredible talent and artistry that can be found along the winding back roads of North Frontenac.

This year’s tour boasts 37 local and guest artists and fine craftspeople – a mixture of old favourites and soon to be new ones – located at 20 different studio stops. We are thrilled to have nine new artists and four new studios join us this year – another testament to the talent and creativity ready to be discovered in our community.

Featuring photography, mixed media, glasswork, painting, jewellery, pottery, woodworking, textile and fibre arts, metalwork, artisan cheese-making, natural products and so much more, our studio tour offers visitors the opportunity to explore a rich variety of artistic media and creative processes and to hear the story behind each piece from the artists themselves. All work is unique, original and handmade.
