FLINTON - YOUTH NIGHT every Friday night for Grades 7 to 12 from 7 to 9 at Through the Roof Ministry Center. This is a church sponsored social group for recreation, games, sports and activities promoting personal development, relationship building and decision making skills

LAND O' LAKES GARDEN CLUB Pine View Free Methodist Church, Cloyne, 7pm, meets the second Thursday of the month from April to November: April 9 - Paul Dederer will talk about microclimates & pushing the boundaries of what we can grow in our area + pruning/topiary. May 14 - Simon Smith will talk about drought proof plants that look good all summer long.

May 23 is our ever popular Plant Sale at the Barrie Community Hall in Cloyne - Starts at 9am and ends when we sell out, come early to avoid disappointment. June 11 - Mary Reid will talk about dirty little underground secrets! (Note: *Meeting time is 6:30pm).

July 9 - Lee Valley Tools will talk about irrigation and we will have the opportunity to order from their catalogue. August 13 - Terry Sprague will talk about shrubs to plant to attract or dissuade wildlife in our gardens, composting, naturalization and lots more!! (Note: *Meeting time is 6:30pm).

September 10 - Susan Chan will talk to us about bringing back the bees. October 8th, - Master Gardener Cathy Pogue will talk to us about dividing perennials. November 12 - Michelle VandenBosch will give us some more great Christmas decorating ideas this will also be our AGM and a potluck supper (Note: *Meeting begins at 5pm).
